Why we do it?
We use our knowledge to provide safe housing solutions for people in crises such as natural disasters, wars, and reconstruction. Our goal is to create affordable housing that promotes social cohesion and improves the quality of life, even in minimalist and financially constrained situations.
Who we are?
Our story is about an architect, a real estate developer, and an entrepreneur who come together to create sustainable and affordable housing. We believe that people in crises or financial difficulties deserve a safe, eco-friendly place to live.
Who we help?
We collaborate with communities, governments, and NGOs to provide fast, cost-effective housing, especially in response to unforeseen challenges like natural disasters. Our sustainable housing alternatives align with humanitarian values and can be quickly implemented to meet immediate needs and provide long-term relief.
What we do?
Our approach includes sustainable architectural design, environmentally friendly logistics, and customer-oriented support. We minimize ecological impact through recyclable materials and efficient spare parts management. The houses are self-sufficient for regions without a supply network but can also be easily connected to existing systems.
Use Cases
Emergency & Refugee Shelter
During crises and catastrophes, our shelters can be deployed quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal ground preparation. Their autonomous nature allows for mass deployment even in challenging conditions. These shelters can be arranged in village formations with central community spaces, fostering a sense of safety and community, especially for younger individuals. Our innovative solutions are pivotal in providing quick and efficient emergency accommodations.
For governments, non-profits, and humanitarian networks, our shelters are essential in crisis response. They facilitate rapid deployment in war-torn regions like Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan and provide temporary relief after natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and wildfires. Organizations like UNHCR as well as the Red Cross could rely on our structures to swiftly house displaced populations while coordinating local relief efforts, ensuring dignified living conditions during times of upheaval.
Fast & Affordable Housing
Our offerings provide rapid deployment affordable housing options. These autonomous buildings minimize reliance on external resources, making them highly adaptable. In urban areas with space shortages, our expandable housing units ensure safe and comfortable homes. Young adults and students benefit from our low-cost, accessible accommodations, supporting their education and early careers.
People in difficult housing situations, including low-income individuals and those without permanent housing, find stability through our flexible options. Collaborating with governments and local authorities, we provide safe spaces and work towards long-term solutions that strengthen communities and enhance resilience against housing challenges.
